This study was focused on predictions of accident and examination of living conditions at home. We surveyed 687 persons who had ever been hospitalized by accident at home, who have been attached to Korean Aging Association and who have ever been surveyed for needs of fee charged facility by a private enterpirse.
 We analyzed by using methods of questionnaire and video recording of person's action in space using. Data of questionnaire was analyzed by spss/pc+ and video was analyzed by computer editing program. We did know that most housing, specially in case apartmetn and small areal housing, were not designed for the elderly and it was easy to take place accident. And it was predicted that 50%~60% of surveyed groups will get injured at home. For this reasons, many persons want to reform space like this bathroom, living room, kitchen, entrance and so on.
 Based on this results, we present new design guides of housing for the elderly that are focused on each spaces like bathroom, living room, kitchen, entrance.
